Adelene is the driving force behind one of Australia’s most ambitious developments, STH BNK By Beulah. Set to become Australia’s tallest building upon completion, the UNStudio and Cox Architecture-designed project fuses residential, commercial, retail, cultural and public uses into a twin ‘greenscaper’ concept.
Under her leadership, Beulah International has developed a portfolio of award-winning residential, hotel and mixed-use projects in Melbourne’s CBD and fringe.

Allen began his career 40 years ago as an apprentice carpenter working alongside his father at Sammut Homes.
In 1993, Allen founded Sammut Developments with his twin brother John as a full-service property development business and in 2019, Sammut Group welcomed the arrival of a third generation with the appointment of Julian as COO.
Sammut Group is currently developing a substantial pipeline of premium residential and mixed-use developments in Sydney and the Gold Coast, including the $200m Coast GC in Surfers Paradise.
