David is the Development Director for renowned Melbourne-based developer, Riverlee.

Founded in 1993 by Clement Lee, Riverlee has delivered in excess of $2.5 billion of urban land and master-planned communities, commercial office, residential and hotel developments. The firm currently has an active development pipeline in excess of $3 billion.

David is responsible for Riverlee’s latest development Seafarers, Melbourne – an inspired adaptive re-use of the heritage-protected Goods Shed 5 by famed architect, Nonda Katsalidis. Seafarers is a mixed-use waterfront precinct for Melbourne which will incorporate a limited collection of residences, Australia’s first 1 Hotel, a 1,000-seat function centre, dining and retail and a 3,500sqm public park.

He will be presenting a keynote on the design, development and delivery of Seafarers, Melbourne.
