Brandon is a one-time architecture student who ended up studying law, only to become a festival promoter and then a property developer.

Based in Byron Bay, his company Creative Capital is currently developing a mixed-use urban village known as Habitat, a beachfront eco-retreat, an education and innovation precinct, various affordable housing initiatives and a homeless services hub.

He joins Urbanity to present on his Habitat project, his unique journey to property development and his vision for the future.
